On January 11, a criminal summons for possession of cocaine, marijuana, and CDS paraphernalia was served on Victoria Leigh Price, 22, of Prince Frederick, by TFC Whipp.
The suspected drugs and CDS paraphernalia were seized during the investigation of a single-vehicle accident on January 3, at 3:30 AM, on Cambridge Place, in Prince Frederick, involving Ms. Price.
After signing the summons, Ms. Price was released pending her court date.
