GREAT MILLS, Md. — We are receiving reports of a motor vehicle accident involving a pedestrian.
At approximately 10:28 p.m. on April 18, units were dispatched to the scene of the accident in the area of the Quik Stop on Great Mills Road. The patient has received serious injuries and is going to be transported to a nearby trauma center by helicopter.
The helicopter will be landing in the area of Great Mills High School, and is expected to arrive at approximately 10:57 p.m.
