Advisory from the Calvert County Sheriff’s Office at 4:14 p.m.:
There is a power outage in the northern end of the county. The outage is between Ponds Wood Rd and the 2/4 Split in Sunderland.
Deputies are assisting at these intersections until the power is restored and the traffic lights are working. MSP, SHA, and SMECO have been notified.
Please use caution when traveling in these areas.
