LEXINGTON PARK, Md. — We are receiving reports of a serious motor vehicle crash in the area of Kimberly Court, where the occupant of the vehicle was recently trapped after striking a pole.
Fire and EMS have since managed to remove the doors and roof of the vehicle, and have freed the subject. The occupant has been transported to a local hospital for treatment.
The road is believed to be reopened shortly, with one lane of alternating traffic.
