CHARLOTTE HALL, Md. — We are receiving reports of a large brush fire in the area of Allen’s Fresh Drive in Charlotte Hall.

At approximately 1:45 p.m. on March 21, TheBayNet.com was alerted that units had been dispatched to the scene from a number of jurisdictions. Departments from St. Mary’s County, Charles County, and Dahlgren, Virginia, are reported to be providing aid on the scene.

Be advised to use caution in the area.
