At 1:50 p.m. Aug. 24, TFC L. Nims responded to Breezy Point Road, Coltons Point, for a reported domestic assault.
Investigation revealed that Rosalie Ann Osborne, 58, of Coltons Point, had assaulted her husband causing a minor scratch to his neck and redness to his arm.
Osborne was arrested and charged with domestic assault. She was taken to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center and held pending a bond review.
