On July 30, Charles County Sheriff’s detectives charged Christopher Scott Sellitto, 21 of no fixed address, with attempt second degree murder in connection with the July 19 shooting of two men on Kent Avenue in La Plata.
Investigators from the Charles County Sheriff’s Office, Major Crimes Unit, developed information that Sellitto would be at the Addison Road Metro station in Prince George’s County. They contacted Metro Transit police who located Sellitto and arrested him.
Sellitto was remanded to the Charles County Detention Center with
a $100,000 bond. Detective J. Elliot investigated.
