At 10:07 pm, on Sunday, January 14, Tpr. McCartney responded to the Leonardtown Center for a reported disturbance. Contact was made with the complainant, Cynthia Marie Windsor, 25, of Waldorf.
A wanted check of Ms. Windsor revealed an outstanding Charles County Bench Warrant for Failing To Appear on assault charges. A search incident to arrest revealed Ms. Windsor was in possession of CDS smoking device with burnt cocaine residence.
She was transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center pending a bond review.
