
ANNAPOLIS, MD – On April 29 at 5:01 p.m., officers responded to the 900 block of President Street for the report of a stabbing and located a 37-year-old male victim from Annapolis. The victim was transported to an area hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Detectives quickly identified Onaday Savoy, 31, of Baltimore as a suspect in this assault and on April 30, a warrant was issued for her arrest. Savoy was located on May 9 in Annapolis. She was arrested and charged with first degree assault and reckless endangerment. She is being held at the Jennifer Road Detention Center without bond.
