On Oct. 28, at 5:48 p.m., Trooper First Class Stein was dispatched to a residence on Oyster Bay Place in Dowell, for the report of a stolen trailer.
TFC Stein’s investigation revealed that sometime between Sept. 15 and Nov. 4, a grey 1993 Escort boat trailer was stolen from the Calvert Marina boat yard.
