SOLOMONS, Md. — Country music fans are in for a powerhouse night of high-octane music and storytelling when Brantley Gilbert brings “The Tattoos Tour” to the Motto Mortgage Preferred and RE/MAX One Waterside Pavilion at the Calvert Marine Museum on Thursday, June 19, 2025. Rising country star and Maryland native Jackson Dean will open the show.

The concert is part of the museum’s annual Waterside Music Series and is expected to draw a major crowd, with tickets already in high demand.

Gilbert, a multi-platinum recording artist known for his gritty blend of country, rock, and rap influences, has built a reputation as one of the genre’s most boundary-pushing performers. With over 8.3 billion career streams and seven No. 1 hits—including “Bottoms Up,” “Country Must Be Country Wide,” and “One Hell of an Amen”—Gilbert continues to leave a lasting impact on the country music landscape.

His latest album, Tattoos, showcases a mix of aggressive energy and heartfelt reflection. Known for songs that chronicle personal battles and triumphs, Gilbert views each of his albums as “chapters” of his life. His songwriting also extends beyond his own performances—he co-wrote Jason Aldean’s genre-defining hit “Dirt Road Anthem.”

Opening the evening is Jackson Dean, a 2022 breakout artist who gained national recognition with his Platinum-certified debut single, “Don’t Come Lookin’.” The song made Dean the youngest solo male country artist to reach No. 1 that year. His gravel-toned voice and commanding stage presence have earned comparisons to classic Americana storytellers, and his second album, On The Back Of My Dreams, includes the Gold-certified track “Fearless (The Echo).”

Dean, originally from Odenton, Maryland, began songwriting at age 18 and quickly found himself collaborating with notable names such as Casey Beathard and Luke Dick. After touring with artists like Kane Brown, Jake Owen, and Brothers Osborne, Dean signed with Big Machine Records in 2021.

Tickets for the June 19 concert are available through the official Waterside Music Series website at the Calvert Marine Museum and via Etix or by calling 1-800-514-3849.

Important Note: Organizers warn fans that any other websites offering tickets may be resale platforms and not affiliated with the event.
