Upon arrival, contact was made with the male victim, 83 of Lexington Park. He advised Montreece Dionshanae Mitchell, 22 of St. Inigoes, entered the residence without his permission. Contact was then made with Mitchell and a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage was emitting from her breath. She advised she was an employee of the St. Mary’s Nursing Center. Contact was made with an employee of the Nursing Center and it was confirmed that Mitchell was making up the story of her being an employee.
Mitchell was taken into custody and charged with burglary. A search of her person incident to the arrest revealed she had in her custody a key to the victim’s car.
Mitchell was transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center where she was held pending a bond review.
