On April 28, at 3:55 a.m., Tpr. J. Hardesty responded to the area of Bull Road and Knight Road in Leonardtown for a horse running loose in the roadway.
Upon arrival, the horse was located in front of a residence on Bull Road. Contact was made with the owner, 47 of Heron Way in Leonardtown. The horse was returned back to the barn and the owner advised someone broke into the barn and let three horses loose.
Additionally, the owner advised unknown suspect(s) stole 45 bags of mulch two days prior. Cost of the mulch was $157.05.
The investigation continues.
