During the week of March 15 through 21, deputies of the Calvert County Sheriff’s Office responded to 1,919 calls for service throughout the community. Additionally, deputies arrested 11 people and charged them with DWI/DUI during the week.
Destruction of Property
Sometime between 7:25 a.m. and 10:55 a.m. on March 15, unknown suspect(s) partially deflated four tires on a vehicle outside a home on Virginia Ave in Prince Frederick. Dep. Nathan Funchion is investigating.
Theft
One thousand dollars in scrap metal was stolen from a private residence on Cox Road in Huntingtown between March 18 and 19. DFC Kevin Hall is investigating the theft.
Destruction of Property
A large projection light at the Burnt Oaks Apartment complex on Sea Maid Court in North Beach suffered $250 in damage between March 17 and 19. Dep. Jeffrey Hardesty is investigating.
