At 5:20 pm rescue crews responded to Chancellors Run Road in Great Mills for a report of a personal injury accident.
Witnesses stated that the dodge Ram failed to yield the right of way coming off of Pegg Road onto Chancellors, after failing to yield the Ram then hit the silver SUV.
Both vehicle occupants refused treatment.
