On April 16, a victim reported to Calvert County Dep. Jason Dean that unknown suspect(s) stole his 2001 black Ford Ranger pickup truck from his driveway on Covenant Court in Owings.
A neighbor informed him that they had observed the vehicle being driven away at 4:45 that morning. The truck is valued at $7000.
