On January 22, at 10:10 a.m., Johnny Robert Toles, III, 26 of Forestville, was arrested by TFC R. B. Rezza on an outstanding Arrest Warrant issued by the District Court in Leonardtown on May 22, 2008.
The original charge on the warrant was Motor Vehicle Theft. Toles turned himself in at the Leonardtown Barracks and was transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center where he was held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner
