On Sept. 17 at 8:08 p.m., an unknown suspect entered Thrifty car wash at 4360 Indian Head Highway in Indian Head and asked an employee for $5 in quarters. When the victim asked for the money to make the exchange, the suspect said he didn’t have the money. At that point, the suspect entered the area behind the counter, threw the victim to the floor and took money from an open register.
The suspect is described as a black male, approximately 5 feet 10 inches tall, thin, bald, and missing several teeth.
