LA PLATA, Md. – The Charles County flag has been lowered and will returned to full staff at sunset on Friday, March 24, 2023, to honor retired Naval Resources Police Officer and lifetime member of the Cobb Island Fire Department and Emergency Medical Services, Inc. Michael Clay Bunham.
Mike passed away on Sunday, March 19, 2023 after a long battle with an illness.
