On February 27, Dfc. A. Whipkey responded to St. Mary’s College for a report of a trespasser who was being detained by the security of St. Mary’s College.
Investigation revealed On February 27, at 1:15 a.m., St. Mary’s College security issued Nathaniel Andrew McDermott, 22 of Pocomoke, a notice not to trespass and ordered him to leave the campus. McDermott initially complied.
On February 27, at approximately 4:44 a.m., McDermott returned to the campus and was detained by campus security.
McDermott was arrested for trespassing.
