The Department of Planning and Growth Management would like to notify all residents that surface paving and striping of Lot C will be taking place at the Charles County Courthouse in La Plata from Monday, July 14  through Tuesday, July 15.

Parking Lot C will be closed to parking from 7 a.m. until 2 p.m. on Monday, July 14, to allow placement of the surface pavement.  All 57 of the newly installed parking spaces will be affected during this operation. 

The County Government Building Parking Lot adjacent to Baltimore Street will be partially closed to allow replacement/repair of the parking lot above the storm drain trench. Approximately 25 parking spaces will be closed during this operation between the hours of 7 a.m. and 2 p.m. Employees who utilize the parking spaces along Baltimore Street can ingress/egress the parking area via Charles Street during this time.
