Robert Edward Blake aka “Country” (Age 28 of Leonardtown) was arrested on an open warrant that was obtained by vice narcotics detectives through the Grand Jury process. Suspect Blake was charged with “Possession with the intent to Distribute Cocaine” as well as “Conspiring to Distribute Cocaine”.
