At 12:10 p.m. the Calvert County Sheriff’s Office reported the road was reopened and Southern Maryland Electric Cooperative was at the scene repairing a damaged utility pole.
Dunkirk, MD – At 10:44 a.m. authorities in Calvert County reported a motor vehicle collision on southbound Route 4 in the area of Courtland Lane. The vehicles involved are a box truck and a Jeep. Motorists should avoid the area until further notice.
