Charlotte Hall, MD – Emergency crews from Charles and St. Mary’s counties were dispatched to a two-vehicle collision late Monday afternoon, April 1. According to the Mechanicsville Volunteer Fire Department, the crash occurred on Charles Street at the Keech Road intersection a short distance from Gilbert Run Park. The collision happened around 4 p.m. A motorist had to been extricated from a vehicle. There are no reports on the condition of the motorist. A police report on the crash is pending.
