Charles County Crime Solvers is offering a cash reward for information leading to the arrest of the suspects involved in two recent robberies.
On February 4 at 7:30 p.m., a pizza delivery man was making a delivery in the 3900 block of Newman Court in Waldorf when a male and female approached from the side of the house. The male suspect displayed a handgun, stuck the victim and went through the victimโs pants pockets. The suspects did not obtain any money but fled with the pizza. The male suspect is black, 18-25 in age, 5 feet 10 inches tall, weighing 160lbs, dreadlock hairstyle, wearing a black ski cap and dark clothing. The female suspect is black, 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighing 120 lbs., wearing pajama pants and a sweatshirt.ย
Detectives are looking into the possibility the same male suspect committed a similar robbery on February 3 when a different man was robbed as he delivered food to a house on the same street. In that case, the suspect approached the victim, displayed a handgun and demanded money. The victim complied and the suspect fled with money and a pizza.
Anyone with information is asked to call Detective B. Buchanan at (301) 609-6477. Callers wishing to remain anonymous may call Crime Solvers at 1-866-411-TIPS. A cash reward of up to $1,000 is available for the tip that leads to the arrest and indictment of the suspects.
