St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Deputies make two domestic assault arrests on Thursday.
On May 31, Deputy David Cowan of the St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to a residence in California for a disturbance. Once on the scene Cowan’s investigation revealed that Patricia Lynn Jones, 44, of California had assaulted her live-in boyfriend during a domestic argument. Jones was arrested and charged with assault.
That same day, Deputy Douglas Harris responded to a residence in Bushwood. Once on the scene, Harris conducted an investigation which revealed that Richard Lee Harrell, 34, of Bushwood assaulted his wife during a domestic argument. Richard Harrell was arrested and charged with assault.
