Deputy Anthony Whipkey responded to a local flea market for a report of “bootlegged” property for sale.
Once on the scene, he seized more than 300 illegal DVDs and CDs. The DVDs were copies of current movies playing in the theater that were illegally recorded and put up for sale.
Suspect Barry William Bredlinger, 29, of Lusby was arrested and charged with several counts of illegally selling copyrighted material.
