Domestic Quarrel Ends with Injury

On Nov. 28,  Deputy Melissa Green responded to a residence in California, for a report of an assault. 

Deputy Green determined Walter W. Terry, 41 of California, became involved in an argument with his girlfriend (victim).  The argument escalated and Terry pushed the victim to the ground causing injury. 

Terry was charged with Second-Degree Assault and released to the custody of the St. Mary’s County Detention Center pending an appearance before the District Court Commissioner.
