Off duty Deputy Joseph Somerville was working a security assignment, when Suspect Joel Freeman Reimers (Age 25 of California, Maryland) was attempting to pay for food.
He pulled money from his pocket and in doing so, dropped his marijuana smoking device on the floor. He fled the store and was apprehended.
He was charged with possession of the smoking device.
