At 12:06 am on Tuesday, February 13, TFC Koch observed a white Toyota Solero with only one headlight illuminated. A traffic stop was initiated.
Contact was made with the driver, Anna Drue Mizak, 18, of Great Mills. TFC Koch observed in plain view two partially burnt marijuana cigarettes in the vehicle. Ms. Mizak was arrested and a search incident to the arrest revealed seven other partially burnt marijuana cigarettes were found in the vehicle.
Ms. Mizak was transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center and charged with possession of marijuana and detained pending a bond review.
