At approximately 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 3, at the Home Towne Real Estate building located at 22196 Three Notch Rd. in Lexington Park, a woman driving a car equipped with hand controls either lost control, or experienced an equipment malfunction and ended up crashing into the building.
Emergency units from Bay District, Hollywood and Lexington Park responded to the scene and had to help the injured woman from her vehicle before transporting her to the hospital. Two other injuries were treated, but those victims signed refusals and were not transported.
It is unknown at this time the condition of the crash victims.
