At 10:10 p.m. on May 24, on Rt. 261, in Chesapeake Beach, TFC Koch stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation.
The operator, Eric Lloyd Marlowe, 22, of Chesapeake Beach, was subsequently arrested for DUI. A computer check also revealed that Mr. Marlowe was driving on a suspended license and was wanted on an open warrant by the CCSO. Incident to arrest, a CDS smoking device containing suspected marijuana was located on his person.
As well as the DUI, Mr. Marlowe was charged with possession of marijuana and CDS paraphernalia. After processing, he was transported to the CCDC to await a commissioner’s hearing.
