On April 1, at 5:17 p.m., Trooper First Class Laziuck Lewis stopped a vehicle on Rt. 4 at Yellow Bank Road in Dunkirk for speeding.
The driver, Craig L. Easton, 40 of Lusby, was found to have no driver’s license. He was found in possession of suspected crack cocaine.
He was arrested and transported to the Calvert County Detention Center were he was charged with Possession of Crack Cocaine and CDS Paraphernalia in addition to the appropriate traffic citations.
