Waldorf, MD – On Tuesday, April 23 shortly after 3 p.m. Charles County emergency responders were dispatched to a location on Poplar Hill Road. A vehicle crashed and rolled over, trapping the lone occupant inside, authorities reported. Crews subsequently freed the driver, who was then flown by Maryland State Police Trooper 2 to a regional trauma center with serious injuries. A police report on the incident is pending.
