On September 6, during a search of Cecelia A. Marshall, 45 of Mechanicsville, Correctional Officer A. Holton discovered CDS in the bra of Marshall.
Marshall had entered the Detention Center following sentencing on an unrelated matter in District Court. Marshall was charged with Possession of CDS – Not Marijuana, Possess Contraband in a Place of Confinement, Removing the Label on a Controlled Prescription Bottle.
