On June 27, at 1:07 a.m., Trooper Lewis stopped a vehicle for traffic violations on Route 4 at Stoakley Road in Prince Frederick.
Timothy D. Morningstar, 40 of Prince Frederick, was arrested for DUI. A search revealed Cocaine and other drug paraphernalia within the vehicle.
Morningstar was charged and transported to the Calvert County Detention Center for processing.
