On Dec. 29, St. Mary’s Sdfc. Russell observed Michael Anthony Watson, 30 of no fixed address, rummaging through a dumpster on Tulagi Place in Lexington Park.
The Deputy interviewed Watson and discovered Watson had broken into and was living in a storage shed belonging to Vintage Value in Lexington Park.
Watson was arrested and charged with fourth-degree burglary.
