Duo Busted in Huntingtown with Pot and Coke

After conducting a traffic stop on a vehicle on Md. Rt. 4 near Walnut Creek Road in Huntingtown on January 17 at 10 minutes after midnight, DFC D. Deakins found 2 passengers to be in possession of suspected drugs.  Payden Lee Francis, 23 of Lusby, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana in sufficient quantity to indicate an intent to distribute, and possession of cocaine.  Allen Michael Espinosa, 27 of LaPlata, was arrested and charged with possession of cocaine.
