Senator Roy Dyson is currently in his third term as a State Senator for District 29, which covers the lower third portion of Calvert County, all of St. Mary’s County, and the Benedict/ Hughesville area in Charles County.

AFL-CIO, Southern Maryland Electric Cooperative, Marylanders for the Preservation of Firearms Ownership, Maryland Democrats for Life, Maryland Right to Life among many more.

Dyson is the Democrat candidate for State Senator for District 29. He is running against Republican Thomas McKay.
