The following were arrested by Leonardtown Maryland State Police for failing to appear in court:

Unkle on Theft Charges

On Monday, Dec. 12, TFC A. Malaspina arrested Timothy J. Unkle Jr., 20, of Callaway on a District Court warrant for Failing to Appear in court to answer to Theft charges.  Mr. Unkle was taken to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center and held until a $3500 bail was posted.

Courtney for Driving Uninsured

On Monday, Dec. 12, TFC A. Rossignol arrested Mary Celeste Courtney, 45, of Lexington Park on a District Court warrant for Failing to Appear in court to answer to a Driving Uninsured Vehicle charge.  Ms. Courtney was taken to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center and held on no bond.

Thompson on Assault Charges

On Monday, Dec. 12, TFC W. Goldston arrested Kevin Michael Thompson, 23, of Park Hall on a Circuit Court warrant for Failing to Appear for Arraignment/Docket Call on an original 2nd Degree Assault charge.  Mr. Thompson was taken to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center and held on no bond.

Ledman for Driving on Suspended License

On Monday, Dec. 12, Tpr. M. Grimes arrested Juliette Elizabeth Ledman, 26, of Mechanicsville on a District Court warrant for Failing to Appear in court to answer to a Driving on a Suspended License and Privilege charge.  Ms. Ledman was taken to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center and held on no bond.

Young for Driving on Suspended License

On Tuesday, Dec. 13, Tpr. E. Evans arrested Cherie Shawntee Young, 19, of Mechanicsville on a District Court warrant for Failing to Appear in court to answer to a Driving on a Suspended License and Privilege charge.  Ms. Young was taken to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center and held on no bond.

Marlow for Driving on Suspended License

On Tuesday, Dec. 13, TFC R. Rezza arrested Aaron Dale Marlow, 24, of Mechanicsville on a District Court warrant for Failing to Appear in court to answer to a Driving on a Suspended License and Privilege charge.  Mr. Marlow was taken to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center and held until a $3500 bail was posted.

Biscoe for Violating Probabtion

On Wednesday, Dec. 14, TFC M. Mclean and TFC L. Nims served Thomas Cornell Biscoe, 41, of Leonardtown with two Circuit Court arrest warrants for Failing to Appear for a Preliminary Hearing on a Violation of Probation Hearing.  Mr. Biscoe is being held at the St. Mary’s County Detention Center on no bond for both warrants.

Bush on Burglary

On Wednesday, December 14, 2005, TFC A. Malaspina arrested Darien Marcell Bush, 19, of Leonardtown on a Circuit Court warrant for Failing to Appear in court to answer 4th Degree Burglary charges.  Mr. Bush was taken to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center and held on no bond.
