Hogan is the founder of the non-partisan organization, Change Maryland, committed to reforming Maryland at the grassroots level. He has brought hundreds of companies and thousands of jobs to our state. Larry is also the architect of a new economic plan focused on taking big government out of our daily lives. He is not a career politician.
This is how Larry says The Hogan Plan will change Maryland:
-Eliminate almost $2 billion in wasteful and fraudulent government spending
-Create a competitive economy favorable to small businesses across Maryland
-Drive down the unemployment rate by bringing jobs back to Maryland
-Lower taxes across the board to alleviate the huge burden on Maryland’s families
-Reverse the 40 consecutive tax hikes put in in place by Annapolis Democrats
