On Jan. 15, at 12:35 p.m., Tpr C. Evans responded to the Belk Store, 23415 Three Notch Road in California for the reported theft under $100. 

Upon arrival, contact was made with the Loss Prevention Manager at the store, who advised Lindsay Marie Wolfe, 24 of Leonardtown, was stopped for the theft of a Danecraft 24 kt. gold necklace and a pair of Kim Rogers silver earrings. 

Wolfe was arrested by Tpr. C. Evans for theft under $100.  She was issued a criminal citation and a preliminary inquiry date of Jan. 30, and released at the scene.
