At 7:15 p.m. Sept. 29, Sean Foley Somerville, 26, of Hollywood, was operating his motorcycle Southbound on Route 235 and Woodpecker Lane in Hollywood.
He lost control of his motorcycle, stuck an embankment and was pronounced dead at the scene, police say.
Speed and driver error are contributing factors in the accident. Alcohol is not believed to be a contributing factor.
This on going investigation is being conducted by members of the St. Mary’s Sheriff’s Office Accident Reconstruction Team.
