On April 1 at 3:28 a.m., officers initiated a traffic stop in the 7000 block of Poorhouse Road in Pisgah after observing a traffic violation.
A check revealed one of the car’s occupants, Heather Anjel Rogers, 31 of Upper Marlboro, had an open warrant issued from New Jersey. Rogers was arrested and transported to the Charles County Detention Center where she was charged as a fugitive from justice.
