
UPDATE – 4/5/2024 – Huntingtown Family Assisted By Red Cross After Accidental Fire Causes $150,000 In Damages
HUNTINGTOWN, Md. – A house fire that broke out this afternoon in Huntingtown is under investigation.
On April 4, 2024, at approximately 1:11 p.m., fire and rescue personnel responded to a structure fire in the 2300 block of Stella Drive.

Upon arrival, crews found a two-story home showing smoke. A 360-degree report revealed fire conditions present in the basement. Firefighters quickly advanced an attack line to the right side of the structure to extinguish the fire in the basement. No injuries have been reported.
The Office of the State Fire Marshal was requested at the scene to investigate the cause of the fire.
