Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Milton Argueta-Garcia of Hyattsville MD., on an arrest warrant for Burglary First Degree that was obtained by County Police by August 29, 2017.
According to the warrant, on August 29th, Argueta-Garcia and another suspect were alleged to have entered a storehouse in the 7000 block of Barton Road in Hyattsville Md. Argueta-Garcia entered the building without permission where he allegedly stole three security cameras. Both suspects then fled the scene.
On August 31, 2017, Deputies’ investigation revealed that Argueta-Garcia was at Prince George’s County Hospital Center. Deputies responded, took him into custody after which Argueta-Garcia was turned over to the County Department of Corrections which assumed custody until he was released from the hospital.
Argueta-Garcia is also charged with Burglary Third and Fourth Degree, Theft $1000 to $10,000, and False Statement to Officer.
