The Sheriff’s Warrant/Fugitive Division reported the arrest of Julius Nash on an indictment alleging Attempted 1st Degree Murder. The indictment was issued by the Circuit Court of Prince George’s County on July 6, 2017. Upon receiving the indictment, Warrant/Fugitive Deputies began an investigation into Nash’s whereabouts.
On July 12, 2017, Deputies, with the Marshals’ Task Force, located and arrested Nash in the 800 block of Marjorie Court in Washington, DC.
He was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Metropolitan Police Department 7th District Station for processing and to await extradition back to Maryland.
