LA PLATA, Md. – Commissioner Vice President Bobby Rucci has ordered the County Flag be lowered to half-staff effective immediately and returned to full-staff at sunset on the day of interment (not yet known).
This action is in honor of Corporal Patrick “PJ” Mann, who died Thursday, January 24, 2019 while off duty. Corporal Mann honorably served the Charles County Sheriff’s Office since 2005 and was currently the St. Charles High School resource officer.
