OFFICERS RECOVER STOLEN CAR: On March 31 at 8 p.m., PFC Johnson was patrolling the 3700 block of

in Waldorf when he observed a white Chevrolet Malibu matching the description of one that had been reported stolen earlier. A computer check revealed the car had indeed been stolen and a traffic stop was initiated. The occupants of the car, Deonta Cornelius Parker, 19, of Waldorf, Jamal Terrell Buckner, 18, of Upper Marlboro, and two 17-year-old males, were arrested and charged with theft. The car was retuned to its owner.
