Prince Frederick, MD— On October 5 while being processed at the Detention Center for an unrelated charge, Tuqwa Muhammad, 25, of Prince Frederick was found to be in possession of Marijuana and paraphernalia. He was charged by Deputy C. Idol for CDS possession of marijuana while confined and possession of paraphernalia (packaging).
